Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

-You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your physical item to initiate a return.

-To qualify, returned items must be in the same original, unused, unopened condition as received — intact seals, original tags, full packaging, and no signs of use, opening, or personalization.

-Any items not meeting these criteria or without valid proof of purchase may be rejected.

Items Not Eligible for Return / Non-Refundable

We do NOT accept returns or refunds for:

-Personalized & custom-made cultural crafts (handwritten talismans, engraved amulets, custom energy plates, personalized BaZi analysis reports, blessing ritual videos)

-Digital products & virtual services once delivered or accessed (BaZi analysis reports, audio files, blessing ritual videos)

-Sealed spiritual/ritual items once opened (due to personal energy & hygiene nature)

-Individual products from a set (must return the full set)

Return Procedure 

-All return requests must be submitted to baiyuntempleofficial@gmail.com for approval.

-Once approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days.

-Items must be securely packed in original packaging inside a sealed outer box.

-The client is responsible for return shipping costs and tracking. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged return packages.

Refund Processing 

-Once the warehouse receives and inspects the returned item, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

-Digital products & virtual services: All sales are final upon delivery/access. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are allowed after delivery, download, or viewing.
